Built of solid birch hardwoods and cherry veneers in distinctive Royale finish with antique brasss finish hardware and gold painted overlays. This larger than life Royale Master Chest has it all; from eight dove-tailed drawers in its upper deck, to three very spacious dove-tailed drawers in its base, to two hinged swinging side doors housing two adjustable shelves each, this master chest has all the room and functionality that you could possibly hope for! Extraordinary craftsmanship can be seen in every fine detail from its multi-framed panels of floral rosette medallions, to its shell and acanthus leaf molding, to its acanthus leaf and scroll pilaster shafts, capitals and feet. This beautiful master chest was inspired by a host of Beaux Arts (meaning Fine Arts in French) architectural elements found in the medallions, crown moldings, and ceiling tiles throughout Europe. An amazing and luxurious piece to have as part of any traditional bedroom set.
