General Shipping

 

At Bedroom Furniture Sources, you get FREE PLATINUM WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING on All orders within the contiguous USA (flat rate of $200 applies to Alaska and Hawaii). All orders will be taken into your home, up to the second story of the building, unpacked with 30 minutes of light assembly, and debris removal! Obviously it is required that you inspect all of your furniture when it is being assembled, and then sign off on it. Your tracking number will allow you ample notification of arrival date and time of your order. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 3-5 business days, and you should receive it in 10-14 days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather conditions, remote area access, etc), it may take longer. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when to expect your order. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us (typically as soon as the item has been shipped from our warehouse). We will ship all orders via Home Direct USA. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

 

Shipments To Alaska & Hawaii

 

We are happy to ship Platinum White Glove Shipping to one of these areas but unfortunately an additional flat rate shipping fee of $200.00 will be charged. All shipments to one of these areas will also ship within 3-5 business days, and should be received in 10-14 days.

 

International Shipping

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Damages & Exchanges


Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality furniture, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your piece is visually damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of. All of our furniture pieces and mattresses are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. You must have your receipt in order to make any warranty claims. Your receipt is the packing slip that comes with your shipment. You must make any claims within 30 days after your order has shipped, or 90 days after your mattress has shipped. Mattresses and furniture returned for reasons other than warranty reasons must be in "brand new" condition for refund or exchange. Make sure to contact us if you have any problems or questions, and to go through the step-by-step return procedure in detail. And remember, to make any returns at all, you must First contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Attach this Return Authorization Number to the outside of the return package. No returns will be accepted that do not have a Return Authorization Number attached to the outside packaging.

 

 

Returns

 

Please find your specific situation from the list of scenarios below to learn how we handle that particular situation:

 

1. You decided to cancel your order

 

If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, there are two situations which will ensue. One, the order comes to your front door, and you refuse it. In this case, your situation will be handled according to situation 4 below. Two, the order comes to your front door, and you accept it. In this case, your situation will be handled according to situation 3 below.

 

2. You received the product but the product is visibly damaged or deformed

 

When signing for receipt of shipment please make sure you inspect all deliveries. Note any damage to boxes on paper work, no matter how slight. Make the driver wait while you carefully inspect. It doesn't matter how much of a rush he is in. Speak up and voice your concerns loudly. These are commercial drivers and they don't know that it is fragile furniture they are handling. Then take time to inspect each package for damage such as tears, holes, or crush marks EVEN IF THE DRIVER IS IN A HURRY. Since furniture is damaged most frequently while it is unloaded, always remember to closely help/supervise the driver while he is unloading your furniture.

 

Finally, if there is any damage at all, make sure you note the word "damaged" where the driver asks you to sign (also noting any damages to boxes on any other paperwork as well). Accept the shipment, we will take care of the rest as well as all associated charges, QUICKLY. If any parts are damaged we'll promptly replace the damaged parts. This is much faster than replacing an entire bed frame. Keep the damaged items, original boxes, and packing since we will need these to file a claim (discarding shipped materials or box waives your right to get your product replaced or repaired). New bed frames must be returned within 30 days. There may be a 15% restocking/order cancellation fee depending on whether or not we have already picked up your order from our suppliers. Foundations and adjustable bed frames may not be returned. These may be used with any other mattress you decide to purchase. Note that because you must inspect furniture at the time of delivery, you cannot use our UPS Waiver of Signature Form for any bed frame or other furniture deliveries.

 

3. You've received the product but you've decided you want to return it

 

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:

 

1) The item must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.

2) You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

3) You MUST contact us to get a Return Authorization Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

 

If you return an item without ALL three of the above requirements being met, the item will be refused by us and will come back to you and no refund will be issued. If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners (which we will discuss with you over the phone):

 

1) You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item as a store credit (minus restocking fees), OR

2) You can get a cash refund for the amount you originally paid (minus restocking fees).

 

In either case, you are responsible for return shipping charges to return the product to us.

 

4. You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us

 

If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. In other words, the free shipping is lost and you will have to pay both the original and the return shipping costs (you will recieve your refund, minus shipping both ways, and any restocking fees that apply). This would also apply to any partially discounted shipping charges. When we offer free shipping this includes only one delivery attempt. Deliveries are to the outside door of your apartment or house and not inside. You will be charged for any additional delivery attempts. If we make a mistake on your order, we will be responsible for the shipping and replacement costs "not to exceed the outbound charges you originally paid" (for lower 48 states only). For all other orders, you are responsible for any restocking fees and shipping charges, unless otherwise noted. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
